Riyadh- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud made a phone call on Tuesday with Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait.
During the telephone conversation, King Salman inquired about Kuwait Emir’s health condition.
For his part, Sheikh Sabah expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his sincere feelings and thanked him for his phone call, which reflected the solid relationship between the two countries and people
On the other hand, Saudi King Salman received Orientalist and Specialist in the Political Science and History of the Middle East and Arabian Peninsula Dr. William Polk at al-Yamamah Palace on Tuesday.
Dr. Polk praised the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ efforts in achieving the security and stability in the region and the Kingdom’s pioneering role in settling the international peace.
They also exchanged talks on Dr. Polk’s historic tour in the Arabian Peninsula.
The audience was attended by Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Commission for Tourism and National Heritage; Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed al-Aiban, Minister of the State and Member of the Cabinet; Dr. Adel bin Zaid al-Turaifi, Minister of Culture and Information and Adel bin Ahmad al-Jubeir, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
