Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received on Thursday a written message from President of Burundi Évariste Ndayishimiye, reported the Saudi Press Agency.

The message focused on bilateral relations between the Kingdom and Burundi and ways to develop them at various levels.

The message was received by Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah during a meeting Riyadh with his Burundian counterpart Albert Shingiro.

The ministers discussed bilateral ties and ways to boost them in various fields. They also tackled a number of regional and international issues of interest.
