Saudi Commander of the Joint Forces and Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Mutlaq bin Salem Al-Azima received in Riyadh on Thursday Chief of the General Staff of the Yemeni Armed Forces Lieutenant General Sagheer Hammoud Aziz, reported the Saudi Press Agency. 

The officials reviewed issues of common interest and the continuous efforts of the coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia.  

A briefing on the current situation was presented to discuss future operational plans as required by the current situation.  

They also reviewed the progress of military operations with the support of the Yemeni National Army and the joint efforts in the ongoing operations of the coalition forces to support legitimacy in Yemen.
