The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran will host more than 25 events in celebration of Eid al-Fitr from March 31 to April 2, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Wednesday.

The festivities will feature cultural experiences, exhibitions, and interactive activities suitable for all ages.

Highlights include an exhibition showcasing eight artisans skilled in papermaking, calligraphy, and ornamentation alongside a collection of artworks and an evening of live music.

Ithra's Children's Museum will host engaging workshops that combine learning and entertainment, offering fun experiences for young visitors.

The Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites announced the launch of the third edition of the Makkah Greets Us event, scheduled to take place from the second day of Eid al-Fitr until the seventh of Shawwal at the Hira Cultural District.
This event is designed to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with Makkah's residents and visitors, fostering an atmosphere of joy and happiness. It aims to enrich their experience, strengthen community bonds, highlight the historical and cultural significance of Makkah, and provide a unique entertainment environment for families and children.
The event will feature a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities, with a focus on Islamic culture and historical landmarks, and will be presented in 26 languages. Traditional folklore performances will also be showcased.
The event is open to the public free of charge, allowing everyone to partake in the festive Eid al-Fitr celebrations.
