Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's Masam Project, dedicated to clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled 1,045 mines in the second week of January 2024.
These include one anti-personnel mine, 118 anti-tank mines, 915 unexploded ordnance, and 11 explosive devices.
Since the start of the project, a total of 428,579 mines have been cleared.
The Kingdom, represented by KSrelief, aims to clear Yemeni territories of all mines that have tragically caused the death and injury of innocent children, women, and the elderly.
