Arab Parliament Condemns Terrorist Attack in Mogadishu

The Arab Parliament strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in the Somali capital that left several dead and injured.
In a statement, the Arab Parliament affirmed its full solidarity with Somalia following the painful incident, standing with it in its fight against terrorism and supporting all measures taken to confront extremist terrorist organizations.
The Arab Parliament also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

Oman: Shooting in Mosque Kills 4, Wounds Others

Police in Oman said Tuesday a shooting in a mosque has killed four people and wounded others.

The Royal Oman Police said in a statement online the shooting happened in the Wadi Kabir neighborhood of Muscat, the Omani capital.

Police gave no motive nor said who was suspected of carrying out the attack, Reuters reported.

Oman is on the eastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula. Such violence is rare in the sultanate.
