Saudi Aramco signed in Dhahran on Friday a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raytheon to establish a new company to develop and deliver the best cybersecurity services, in the Kingdom and the Middle East and North Africa region, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
The new company, which will be owned by the two parties, is expected to provide marketing and security services for integrated defense cybersecurity products, as well as R & D activities.
It will also enhance protection of Saudi Aramco's cyber security, its suppliers, customers and subsidiaries, and help build global cyber-protection capabilities, in the Kingdom and the region.
