King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued in Yemen's Hodeidah last week implementing water and environmental sanitation project to preserve the lives of families in Al-Khokha directorate.
During the period from 28 to 31, December, 2019, the Saudi center pumped pumped 139,500 liters of water for use into tanks, removed waste and dumped it in the landfill, implemented the campaign to raise and transport the waste from the entire Al-Khokha directorate, and implemented a spray campaign to combat disease vectors, benefiting more than 34,614 people.
Also in cooperation with the Charity Coalition for Humanitarian Relief, KSrelief has distributed shelter materials that included 13 tents and 26 blankets in Hadhramaut Governorate, benefiting 78 people.
This comes in the framework of the KSrelief's endeavor to provide basic shelter materials to the needy people in the emergency situations, the Saudi Press Agency.
