The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen said it will continue to support the national army until the state is restored and the Houthi coup is terminated.
Speaking after meeting with senior Yemeni army officials in Marib and al-Jawf, Coalition spokesman Turki al-Malki praised the efforts of the armed forces and popular resistance against the Iran-backed Houthi militias.
Maliki toured the battlefronts in the governorates as part of the Coalition's continuous support for the military operations.
State-owned Saba news indicated that Malki confirmed the ongoing support of the Coalition to Yemeni armed forces until the end of the coup and the complete liberation of the remaining territories under the control of the Houthis.
For his part, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Sagheer bin Aziz praised the army and popular resistance forces on the battlefronts in al-Jawf, west of Yemen.
Official sources stated that the Commander of the Sixth Military Region, Major General Amin al-Waeli, briefed the Chief of Staff on the recent military victories, asserting their importance in allowing the armed forces to move towards al-Hazm, capital of Jawf.
Bin Aziz emphasized that the army is waging a battle on behalf of the Arab nation against the new Persian ambitions in the region, which aim to expand, dominate, and spread destructive ideas among Arab societies.
He also lauded the continuous support of the Saudi-led Coalition for the Yemeni army.
