GCC Urges Morocco, Algeria to Hold Dialogue to Resolve Differences

Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Nayef al-Hajraf expressed on Friday his regret at the deterioration of relations between Morocco and Algeria.

He hoped that the neighbors would restore ties, calling on them to resort to dialogue and diplomacy to resolve their differences in the hopes of opening a new chapter in relations.

Such relations should meet the aspirations of their people, achieve security and stability and bolster joint Arab work.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a phone conversation on Friday with Indonesian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, the Saudi Press Agency said.
During their phone call, the two ministers discussed the bilateral ties between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, highlighting key areas of cooperation and mutual interests.
