Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq welcomed at Al-Baraka Palace in Seeb on Tuesday Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Crown Prince Mohammed conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, wishing him good health and the people of Oman further progress and prosperity.

Sultan Haitham, for his part, conveyed his greetings to King Salman, wishing the people of Saudi Arabia more development and prosperity.

The leaders discussed the “firm historic fraternal relations” that bind their countries.

They underlined their determination to forge ahead towards bolstering cooperation in various fields to meet the aspirations of the people of Saudi Arabia and Oman.

The meeting was attended by Saudi Minister of the National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan.

From Oman, the meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs Shihab bin Tariq, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth Dhi Yazan bin Haitham, and Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said.

The fifth Saudi airlift relief plane, operated by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), arrived on Saturday at Damascus International Airport in Syria, carrying food, shelter, and medical supplies.
This aid is in keeping with Saudi Arabia's continuous humanitarian and relief assistance, through the Kingdom's humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to people in need all over the world.
