Seven Palestinians were killed and 13 others were injured by Israeli forces in a raid on Jenin city and refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said on Thursday.
Israel's military said it was conducting “counter-terrorism” raids in Jenin, but gave no further details.
The number of Palestinians killed in the Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip passed 10,500, including more than 4,300 children, the Hamas-run Health Ministry in Gaza said.
In the West Bank, more than 160 Palestinians have been killed in the violence and Israeli raids.
UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini said on Thursday that he was concerned about the spillover risk of the situation in Gaza, adding that the West Bank "is boiling."
