Saudi Arabia stressed the importance of collective cooperation with OPEC+ for the stability of global oil markets, the Kingdom's Foreign Minister said on Saturday in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly.

"The Kingdom is keen on maintaining the stability, reliability, sustainability and security of global oil markets, and meet the needs of consumers to ensure a healthy global economy that benefits producers and consumers,” said Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

He added that "Saudi Arabia always underscores the importance of collective cooperation with OPEC+'' to stabilize the global oil markets and enhance their reliability, sustainability and security.

The OPEC+ policy of closely monitoring the markets and adopting a precautionary approach has contributed, he said, to the stability and balance of the oil markets, as was evident in the stability witnessed by the oil markets in 2022, compared to other energy markets, such as natural gas and coal markets.

Saudi Deputy Ambassador to Kuwait Yahya Al-Qahtani inaugurated the second edition of the Saudi National Products Expo (SNP Expo), marking a significant step in strengthening the national economy and reinforcing Saudi identity.
Al-Qahtani emphasized that Saudi products are distinguished by their quality and success, showcasing the Kingdom's vast potential across various sectors and reflecting the creativity of its people.
He expressed hope that the SNP Expo, which runs until February 1, will create more opportunities for collaboration and partnerships between Saudi and Kuwaiti companies, fostering new avenues to strengthen the strong ties between the two brotherly nations, SPA reported.
Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry Ziad Al-Najem praised the strong presence of Saudi products in the Kuwaiti market. He noted that these products represent more than just economic goods; they serve as symbols of cooperation and trust between the two nations and have become an essential part of daily life for Kuwaiti consumers.
Attendees toured the expo, where they were briefed on the participating brands and products across various sectors, including industry, food, health, technology, and commerce.
