Saudi Arabia's Visual Arts Commission invited the public to the Open Studio of the Intermix Residency at Studio I08, JAX District, Diriyah, on July 28, 29, and 30.
The event offers the public a chance to explore the works that have taken shape during the residency and engage with the residents behind them.
It draws on the resources and relationships of its host city through key contributions with Diriyah Art Futures, the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, and the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives, SPA reported.
The program introduces participants to the rich cultural history of Saudi Arabia through tours of the King Fahad Library and the National Museum.
Over three months, 14 artists and one curator from Saudi Arabia and around the world gathered in Riyadh for Cycle 2 of the Intermix Residency, exploring new ideas, building connections, and developing projects across a range of artistic practices.
