Gulf Cooperation Council and Central Asian leaders arrived in Jeddah on Wednesday to take part in the Gulf-Central Asia summit in Jeddah.
Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, United Arab Emirates Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal al-Ahmad al-Jaber Al Sabah and personal representative of the King of Bahrain Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa arrived in the Saudi coastal city on Wednesday.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow and Deputy Prime Minister of Oman and personal representative of the Sultan of Oman Asaad bin Tariq bin Taimur al-Said had arrived in the Kingdom on Tuesday.
Ahead of the summit, the leaders of the Gulf will take part in their 18th consultative meeting that is being held eight months after the 43rd GCC summit that was hosted by Riyadh.
