King Salman Sends Message to President of Tanzania

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent on Monday a verbal message to President of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan.

The message focused on the bilateral relations between their countries and ways to bolster joint cooperation.

The message was delivered by Advisor at the Royal Court Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan during a meeting with Suluhu in Dar es Salaam on Monday.

The president underscored Tanzania’s support for Riyadh’s bid to host Expo 2030.

She also welcomed Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the First Saudi-African Summit and the Fifth Arab-African Summit later this year.

The officials discussed bilateral ties between Saudi Arabia and Tanzania and means to develop and support them in various fields. They also reviewed regional and international developments of interest.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received in Makkah on Friday head of Sudan’s Sovereign Council and Army Chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan for talks on the developments in Sudan and efforts exerted towards them.

The leaders discussed aspects of cooperation between their countries, agreeing to form a coordination council dedicated to bolstering relations between them in all fields.

Burhan’s visit to Saudi Arabia reflects the depth of bilateral relations between the countries, said Sudan’s state news agency SUNA.

It added that Crown Prince Mohammed and Burhan discussed means to bolster relations and strengthen cooperation to serve the Saudi and Sudanese people.
