Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Sends Message to President of Cote d'Ivoire

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud sent a verbal message to President of Cote d'Ivoire Alassane Ouattara pertaining to relations between the two countries.

The message was conveyed by Advisor at the Saudi Royal Court Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Qattan during his meeting with President Ouattara in Abidjan on Thursday.

During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries and exchanged views on a host of regional and international topics of mutual interest.

Ouattara affirmed his country’s full support for the Kingdom’s bid to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

He also welcomed the news that the Kingdom will be holding the first Saudi-African summit and the fifth Arab-African summit this year.
During a press conference after the meeting, Qattan expressed the Saudi government’s appreciation for Cote d’Ivoire’s support.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks in New Delhi on Wednesday with his Indian counterpart Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.

They tackled bilateral relations ties, cooperation in various fields and ways to further develop collaboration.

They also reviewed regional and international issues of common interest, and efforts being made to tackle them.
