Egyptian President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi praised on Sunday the good organization of the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia and the services offered to millions of pilgrims with the aim of ensuring they have a smooth and safe spiritual journey.

In a tweet on the X platform, he expressed his gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the warm welcome he was accorded as he arrived in the Kingdom to perform the Hajj this year.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has met with his Brazilian counterpart, Mauro Vieira, in Rio de Janeiro.

Monday’s meeting took place on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit 2025, in which the Kingdom is participating as a country invited to join the group.

During the talks, the two foreign ministers reviewed bilateral relations and discussed ways to enhance them, as well as topics of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Brazil Dr. Faisal bin Ibrahim Ghulam.
