Saudi Arabia Condemns Israeli Attack on UNRWA School

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom's condemnation and denunciation of Israel’s bombing of a United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) school sheltering thousands of displaced civilians in the Nuseirat camp in the Gaza Strip.

The ministry reiterated the Kingdom's complete rejection of the systematic targeting of civilians, demanding an immediate ceasefire and ensuring the protection of civilians, civilian and relief facilities, and their workers.

It emphasized the need for the international community to hold Israel accountable for its ongoing violations of international humanitarian law and international resolutions.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent on Monday cables of congratulations to Poland’s President Andrzej Duda and Angola’s President João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço on the occasion of Independence Day in their countries.

King Salman wished them continued good health and their governments and people steady progress and prosperity.
