Saudi Leadership Congratulates India on Independence Day

The Saudi leadership congratulated the President of India on Independence Day, the Saudi Press Agency said Thursday.
India will mark its 75th year of independence on Monday.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent separate cables congratulating Indian President Droupadi Murmu on the anniversary of her country's Independence Day.
The two leaders wished the Indian president continued good health and happiness and the government and people of the Republic of India steady progress and prosperity.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Tuesday with princes, scholars, senior officials and a group of citizens who came to greet him.

Also Tuesday, the Crown Prince chaired the Saudi cabinet meeting in Jeddah.
