Saudi Crown Prince Congratulates President of Brazil on Independence Day

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on his country's Independence Day.

Crown Prince Mohammed wished him continued good health and happiness, and the government and people of Brazil steady progress and prosperity.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan met in Riyadh on Thursday with his German counterpart, Annalena Baerbock, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
The ministers discussed ways to promote bilateral relations between the two countries, and bolster joint cooperation on matters of mutual concern.
Exchanging views on the ongoing developments at the international and regional levels, mainly in the Gaza Strip, and the related efforts, were also discussed during the meeting.
Saudi Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister for Political Affairs Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati, and Director of the Western Europe Department Khalid Al-Subaie attended the meeting.
