Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a phone call with Algeria's Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf, the Saudi Press Agency said on Sunday.
During the call, the two ministers discussed the developments in the Gaza Strip. They also emphasized the need for continued joint coordination and intensified efforts to halt the ongoing Israeli escalation and violations against the Palestinian people, added SPA.

Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi welcomed the completion of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, leading to a peace agreement.
In a press statement, Albudaiwi expressed hope that the agreement would mark a new phase in building strong relations between the two friendly countries based on cooperation and mutual respect and characterized by security and stability.
