Saudi Leadership Condoles King of Spain over Flash Floods Victims

The Saudi leadership extended its condolences to the King and people of Spain following the severe flooding that left many people dead, the Saudi Press Agency said on Thursday.
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent separate cables of condolences to King Felipe VI of Spain.
In their cables, they extended their heartfelt condolences to King Felipe and to the families of the deceased, and the Spanish people, wishing for the safe return of the missing.

Devastating flash floods in eastern Spain left more than 155 people dead on Thursday, with rescue teams still searching for those missing.

The 16th relief plane operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) landed on Wednesday at Rafic Hariri International Airport, in Lebanon, carrying vital humanitarian supplies such as food, shelter, and medical aid.

This assistance is in keeping with Saudi Arabia's significant humanitarian contributions and commitment to its values and principles.

Through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, the Kingdom stands in solidarity with countries and people in times of crises.
