Saudi-UK Joint Committee Discusses Military Cooperation

The Saudi-UK Joint Military Cooperation Committee held on Tuesday its fourth meeting in Riyadh, chaired by Saudi Chief of General Staff Lieutenant-General Fayyad bin Hamed Al-Ruwaili and the UK’s Chief of the Defense Staff, Admiral Tony Radakin.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and discussed defense and military cooperation, as well as several topics of mutual interest.
Following the meeting, the Saudi chief of general staff and the chief of the UK defense staff signed the minutes of the meeting. Senior officers from both sides attended the meeting.

Saudi Arabia Condemns Attack on Presidential Palace in Chad

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has said the Kingdom condemns the attack targeting the presidential palace in N'Djamena, Chad, which resulted in the death of a soldier and the injury of others.

The ministry reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's firm stance supporting the security and stability of Chad.

The ministry also expressed the Kingdom's sincere condolences to the family of the deceased and to the government and people of Chad, wishing a speedy recovery to all the injured.
