The drill aims to boost military cooperation and coordination between the two navies across all aspects of naval warfare operations, including planning, execution and evaluation.

The RSNF are participating with His Majesty's ships and a helicopter, while the Pakistan Navy is participating with naval ships, boats, and submarines, supported by the Pakistan Air Force.
