Saudi Arabia stressed on Sunday its complete support to all measures Lebanon is taking to confront attempts to undermine the security of civilians.

A Foreign Ministry statement underlined the Kingdom’s support for Lebanon’s measures to firmly handle attacks on the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

It further expressed its support and trust in President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam’s efforts to that end, as well as the Lebanese army as it performs its duties in maintaining security and stability.
