Chief of Staff of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces, Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Gharibi, met with Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Khawaja Muhammad Asif in Islamabad, as part of his official visit to the country, the Saudi Press Agency said on Sunday.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the strategic partnership between their naval forces and highlighted their pivotal role in supporting regional maritime security. They also discussed a range of issues of mutual interest.
Lieutenant General Al-Gharibi also held meetings with several Pakistani officials and discussed various matters of common concern.
