Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and Save the Children International signed on Tuesday an agreement to establish a strategic partnership.
The agreement was signed by KSrelief Supervisor-General Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah and Save the Children International CEO Inger Ashing on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
It will focus on cooperation in humanitarian aid, relief, and volunteer work. It also includes exchanging expertise in research, capacity building, and joint preparation for global humanitarian events.
Dr. Al Rabeeah and Ashing also held talks on ongoing humanitarian and relief projects focused on supporting children worldwide and providing them with essential aid.
Ashing praised KSrelief's professional work and noble mission in assisting people in need around the world.
