The secretariats of the Saudi-Egyptian Supreme Coordination Council held their second meeting in Riyadh on Wednesday.
The meeting was co-chaired by Advisor at the Royal Court and Secretary-General of the Council for the Saudi side Mohammed bin Mazyad Al-Tuwaijri and Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development, Minister of Industry and Transport and Secretary-General of the Council for the Egyptian side Kamel Al-Wazir.
The meeting tackled joint visions of the strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia and Egypt and ways to develop them. Officials also tackled joint action plans in preparation for the first session of the Saudi-Egyptian Supreme Coordination Council, under the chairmanship of Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Officials underscored their keenness on placing a joint action plan that aims to bolster and strengthen bilateral ties and elevate them to broader horizons to achieve the aspirations of the leaderships and peoples of both countries.
