Saudi Arabia strongly condemned what it described as Iran's continued aggression against Jordan, reaffirming its solidarity with the kingdom and support for measures it has taken in response to the attacks. Riyadh said the attacks violated international law and the principles of good neighborliness, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
In a statement by the Foreign Ministry, Saudi Arabia stressed the importance of an immediate halt to the blatant Iranian attacks on Jordan and other countries in the region, emphasizing the need for serious steps to preserve the security and stability of the region and its people.
On Thursday, Jordan’s air defenses shot down a new wave of missiles launched from Iran. No casualties were reported.
