Israel on Friday released Nour Tamimi, a Palestinian woman, on bail following her arrest on December 20.
Tamimi, 21, was released early on Friday from a military prison after a court rejected the prosecution's appeal against her release.
Tamimi was arrested a day after her cousin Ahed Tamimi, 16, was detained in the wake of a viral video showing them slapping an Israeli soldier the previous week.
The incident that led to the charges occurred in the yard of their home in Nabi Saleh, near the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Ahed and her mother Nariman Tamimi remain in custody.
Nour was allowed to return to her home in Nabi Saleh after posting a bail of 5,000 shekels ($1,550).
A guarantor vouched that she would show up for her court proceedings, set to begin on February 12.
The military appeals court ruled Nour would also have to sign in at an Israeli police station every Friday at noon.
