Arab Coalition jets thwarted on Sunday Iran-backed Houthi militias from infiltrating the Yemeni coastal city of al-Khokha.
A Yemeni military source said that Coalition jets had targeted Houthi gatherings east of the city as they tried to enter it, leaving several casualties among their ranks.
In a separate incident, a number of Houthis were killed and others injured in airstrikes against their gatherings in the al-Bayda province.
A field source said that Coalition jets carried outs several strikes against the militias in the al-Arif area.
Yemeni military forces meanwhile thwarted a Houthi infiltration attempt near the presidential palace east of the city of Taiz.
A military source said that fierce clashes erupted between the two sides in which the military managed to repel the militia advance.
