Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, held talks on Tuesday with the Mayor of Los Angeles Eric Garcetti.

The two officials discussed opportunities for economic cooperation as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the United States Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and the delegation accompanying the Crown Prince on his official visit to the US.

Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held talks with Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly on the margins of the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos.

They tackled cooperation between their countries and ways of strengthening and developing them, said Qatar's state news agency (QNA).

They discussed means of ensuring the full implementation of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of detainees and prisoners.

Sheikh Mohammed underscored the continued coordination between Qatar and Egypt within the framework of joint mediation that guarantees that the parties implement the ceasefire.

They also reviewed the latest developments in Syria.
