Founder and CEO of JollyChic Aaron Li signed a memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation with Governor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Ibrahim Al-Omar.
The MoU was signed on the sidelines of JollyChic’s participation in the Saudi Investment Forum, which was held in Beijing on February 22 at the invitation of Minister of Commerce and Investment Dr. Majid al-Qasabi.
It aims at launching a comprehensive partnership to support the acceleration of digital transformation and promote economic diversification in Saudi Arabia.
This step comes in light of Saudi Arabia's steady pace towards achieving objectives of Kingdom’s Vision 2030 as the government has launched a series of ambitious initiatives aimed at contributing to the development of infrastructure to build a diversified economy.
These initiatives include launching the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), Riyadh City’s Development Plan, Free Zone Building and the introduction of Cloud Computing, which aims to accelerate the application of cloud computing in the public sector.
Emerging industries, such as information technology and e-commerce platforms, received more strategic support to strengthening their sectors.
In this context, Li expressed his pride in signing the partnership that will enhance the competitiveness in the Kingdom’s business sector in the field of e-services and achieve added value in its national economy, in line with Vision 2030.
