A 3.4-magnitude earthquake jolted the northern Rawdatain area in Kuwait at 9:19 pm Friday, reported the Kuwait news agency (KUNA).
The epicenter of the quake was three kilometers underground, said Abdullah Al-Enzi, supervisor of the national seismological network, an affiliate of Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR).
"Some residents felt the quake in Al-Abdali area. It was followed by aftershocks ranging in magnitude between 1.2 and 2.2 degrees," he told KUNA.
