The Covid-19 vaccine centers in Saudi Arabia have continued to receive all citizens and residents to obtain free doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine within the national inoculation plan implemented by the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, Minister of Health, told Al-Arabiya TV that the campaign would become nationwide within three weeks.

He said it would be first launched in three main regions, namely Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Region, to later extend across the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Health said that the Saudi leadership was keen to reassure the citizens about the safety of vaccines and their importance in protecting individuals against the pandemic.

The recently established vaccination center in Riyadh is one of the largest mobile centers and serves more than 10,000 beneficiaries per day.

The center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, in addition to competent teams who receive those who wish to get the vaccine through the Sehaty application launched by the Ministry of Health.

The vaccination center in the exhibition hall in Riyadh accommodates more than 550 equipped medical rooms, in addition to a specialized and trained nursing staff and a number of employees who work daily from 8 am till 11.30 pm.

The vaccine will be provided for free to citizens and residents alike.
