Saudi non-oil exports grew by 12 percent in November 2020 in comparison to the same period in 2019, in which they registered SAR5.3 billion to SAR4.8 billion.
The General Authority for Statistics revealed in its statistical survey on foreign trade (November) that plastic materials and rubber represented 28.9 percent of total non-oil exports. Chemicals came second with 25.1 percent.
In comparison to Oct. 2020, non-oil exports rose by SAR1.6 billion i.e., 8.9 percent.
Imports in November registered a hike of 8.4 percent i.e. SAR3.7 billion, in which they totaled SAR47.8 billion to SAR44 billion of the same period in 2019.
This is attributed to the hike in product prices.
