Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, sponsored on Saturday the second edition of the Saudi Cup 2021.
The Crown Prince, an honorary president of the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, sponsored the event on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
The Saudi Cup is the world’s most valuable equestrian event with prizes up to 30.5 million dollars.
Seventy-seven horses from 13 countries are participating in the King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field, with a prize of $20 million to the winner.
