The Saudi Defense Ministry and Prince Ahmed bin Salman Applied Media Academy have signed a cooperation agreement in training, development, and qualifying in applied media fields.
This agreement falls under the Ministry’s plan to upskill its cadres in various specializations and expand their capabilities in media planning, monitoring, and analysis in addition to communication skills.
It touches on cooperation in carrying out specialized media studies and holding forums and conferences to discuss strategic communication and media, as well as preparing programs and professional training.
The agreement further seeks to implement joint programs and projects.
Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs Dr. Khaled Al-Bayari affirmed that the Ministry aims to achieve its strategic goals and develop its organizational performance.
These goals would be achieved through building strategic partnerships with pioneering national centers and institutions, he added. This contributes to upskilling employees and adopting innovative media initiatives.
During the signing ceremony, the Ministry was represented by General Director of Strategic Communication and Media Abdulrahman AlSultan, and the Academy by its General Director Faisal Al-Ghamdi.
