UAE Reports 2,683 New COVID-19 Cases, One Death

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) reported 2,683 new coronavirus cases on Thursday.

The new infections raised the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 795,997.

This came after the ministry conducted 307,767 COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and receiving the necessary care.

The Ministry also reported one COVID-19-related death, taking death toll in the country to 2,182.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received in Jeddah on Thursday Palestinian Vice President Hussein Al-Sheikh.

The officials discussed the latest developments in Palestine and explored ways to strengthen joint efforts to support the Palestinian cause and the interests of the Palestinian people.

The meeting was attended by Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and a number of Palestinian officials.
