The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned Israel's decision to stop the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Monday.

In a statement issued by Mohammed Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, he denounced this decision as a blatant violation of international laws and norms. Dr. Al-Issa reiterated his call for the international community to take a firm stance against these violations and to put an end to the systematic atrocities committed against innocent civilians in the strip. He emphasized the importance of holding the perpetrators accountable.

The Arab Parliament also denounced Israel’s decision to halt humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, calling it a war crime against humanity.

In a statement released Sunday, the parliament said the decision violates international humanitarian law and international agreements that ensure aid reaches civilians during conflicts.

The parliament urged the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to take immediate action to force Israel to allow aid into Gaza immediately and unconditionally. It warned that Israel is endangering innocent lives by using starvation as a weapon, especially during Ramadan.
