Saudi King Receives Written Message from Tajikistan’s President

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received on Sunday a written message from Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

The message dealt with the strong and solid bilateral relations that bind the two countries and peoples, and ways to support and enhance them in various fields and at all levels, SPA said.

On behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the message was received by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khuraji during a meeting with Tajikistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Akram Karimi, SPA said.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in various fields, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international issues of common interest, the news agency added.

Saudi Minister for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy, Adel Al-Jubeir met in Riyadh on Wednesday with President of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Commission of the Italian Senate Senator Stefania Craxi, SPA reported.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance it, as well as regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.
