The Muslim World League (MWL) reiterated on Wednesday its full solidarity with the Syrian government and people against all threats to its security, stability, and sovereignty, as well as attempts to sow discord among its social components or interfere in its internal affairs.

In a statement issued by its General Secretariat, the MWL expressed support for the Syrian government’s efforts to protect its citizens, maintain civil peace, and uphold the rule of law across the country.

The MWL also strongly condemned the Israeli attacks on Syrian territory and its continued violations of relevant international laws and norms.
