Saudi Arabia condemned on Thursday the terrorist attack that took place near the Afghan foreign ministry in Kabul. 

The Kingdom’s Foreign Ministry said Riyadh condemns all forms of violence, terrorism and extremism. 

It stressed that Saudi Arabia stands by the Afghan people during their plight, offering sincerest condolences to the families of the victims. 

Wednesday’s car bombing killed at least five people. 

It was the second major attack in Kabul in 2023 and drew condemnation from the international community.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a letter from Comoros President Othman Ghazali regarding bilateral relations.

The message was received by Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah during his meeting Monday with Comoros Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in charge of the Arab World, Diaspora, Francophonie and African Integration Mbae Mohamed on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Arab and Islamic Summit in Riyadh.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and regional and international developments of mutual interest.
