Saudi Leadership Condoles Erdogan on Quake Victims

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the victims of the deadly earthquake that struck southern Türkiye.

In his cable, the King “expressed his profound sorrow and pain on the news of the strong earthquake that killed and injured thousands, with many still missing under the debris.”

The King expressed to Erdogan, families of the deceased, and the friendly people of Türkiye his warmest condolence and sincerest sympathy.

He confirmed “the Kingdom's support for Türkiye in this painful incident.”

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a similar cable of condolence and sympathy to Erdogan.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to Türkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the anniversary of his country's Victory Day.

He wished the President constant health and happiness and steady progress and prosperity for the Turkish government and people.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent Erdogan a similar cable on the occasion.
