Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah stressed on Friday the need for regional countries to cooperate to achieve the region’s prosperity and stability.
In a tweet, he said the restoration of diplomatic ties between Saudi Arabia and Iran stems from Riyadh’s vision that prioritizes political solutions and dialogue.
It is keen on adopting this vision in the region, he added.
“The countries of the region are bound by one destiny and common factors,” he went on to say.
“This compels them to work together in building a model for prosperity and stability for our peoples to enjoy,” he stated.
