Saudi King Salman Issues a Number of Royal Orders

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued on Sunday a number of royal orders.

He relieved Governor of Diriyah Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud of his post.

He also relieved Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City Fahd bin Abdulmohsen bin Saleh Al-Rasheed of his position.

Engineer Ibrahim bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sultan was appointed as his replacement to carry on with his previous position as well.

Fahd bin Abdulmohsen bin Saleh Al-Rasheed was appointed advisor at the General Secretariat of the Cabinet at the excellent rank.

Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance Mohammed bin Talal Al-Nahhas was relieved of his post and Abdulaziz bin Hassan bin Ali Al-Bouq was appointed as his replacement at the excellent rank.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks with his Egyptian counterpart Dr. Badr Abdelatty in Cairo on Monday.

They discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them.

They also reviewed recent regional and international developments, including the situation in Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, and other issues of common interest.

Twenty relief trucks from Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) arrived in Al-Abr district in Yemen's Hadhramaut governorate on Monday.

The delivery is part of urgent humanitarian convoys aimed at providing direct support to the Yemeni people.

The trucks were loaded with essential supplies, including various food baskets, dates, shelter kits, and tents, intended to assist the most vulnerable families.

The initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s continued humanitarian efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to support and stand by the Yemeni people in their time of need.

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) called on Monday for donations through the Sahem Platform to support the Palestinian people, in response to the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

The appeal is part of the Saudi campaign to provide relief to affected Palestinians.

The center stressed that donations will be directed toward meeting the basic needs of affected Palestinian families and alleviating their suffering amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
