Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi at Ramadan Suhoor-meal table on Saturday.

The Crown Prince welcomed Sisi in the Kingdom as his second country. For his part, Sisi expressed appreciation for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the close and historical bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, prospects for joint cooperation and ways to enhance and develop them in various fields.

They also discussed recent developments at the regional and international levels and the efforts exerted in addressing them.

From the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by the Saudi Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, and Minister of State and Cabinet Member Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed.

The Director of the General Intelligence of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Major General Abbas Kamel also attended the meeting.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has distributed 1,000 food baskets to the displaced families in the Berber and Abidiya localities in the River Nile State of the Republic of Sudan, benefiting 5,850 individuals, the Saudi Press Agency said on Friday.
This assistance is part of the food security support project in the Republic of Sudan for the year 2024.
It comes within the framework of the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people as a result of their humanitarian crisis.
