King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud patronized at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh Thursday evening the finals of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Soccer Cup for the current sports season which is being held between Al-Ta'awon and Al-Ettihad teams.
Upon his arrival at the venue, King Salman was received by a number of princes and senior officials.
After the end of the King Cup Final by Al-Ta'awon's winning of the game with 2/1 over Al-Ettihad, King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, received a souvenir on the occasion from Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of General Sports Authority.
The King also received two souvenirs from the two official sponsors of the match, STC and Saudi Arabian Airlines, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
King Salman handed over the cup trophy to the President of the winning team, Al-Ta'awon, after which the royal anthem was played.
The King was warmly welcomed by the fans of the sport.
Upon leaving King Fahd International Stadium, he was seen off with hearty hospitable and warm greetings.
