The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen said on Sunday it had intercepted a drone launched by the Houthi militias towards southern Saudi Arabia.
The Arab Coalition, in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, said the attack was aimed at civilian targets.
The statement was issued by the Coalition’s spokesman, Col. Turki al-Malki.
In recent days the Coalition had said it intercepted and destroyed several explosive-laden drones launched by the Houthis towards southern border areas.
